The
administration of the temple is under the direct control
of Kochi Devaswam Board supported by Pishari Kovil Kshethra
Kshema Samithy, a voluntary organization led by local people.
Kshethra Kshema Samithy is active and manages the day-to-day
affairs of the temple. With the effort of the Samithy and
the wholehearted support of the locals, the entire temple
structure has got a new lease of life. The term of Kshethra
Kshema Samithy is one year. Members are selected from the
devotees residing near to temple.
With the permission of Kochi Devaswam Board, Kshethra Kshema
Samithy could successfully complete several renovation projects.
The various projects, which have already completed are Gigantic
Nadappura, Covering of Sopanam (holy steps lead to Sanctum
Sanctorum) with bronze, Erection of Holy Flag post (Kodimaram)
and so on. The renovation projects have been continuing
with new projects.
